The Role:
Our Debt Capital Markets team designs and implements CloudWalk's funding structures. We have a hands-on mentality and are always looking for new opportunities to raise funds for the company.
Important note: This is an on-site position at our Pinheiros, São Paulo office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Discuss and build funding structures.
- Build financial models.
- Create presentations, reports and roadshows.
- Create data analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as legal), and interact with banks and other financial institutions.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Education – Bachelor's degree in economics, business, accounting, engineering, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of financial mathematics and financial models.
- Knowledge of financial markets is preferred, in particular, an understanding of FIDCs or similar structures.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a focus on results and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in communication in Portuguese and English, with the ability to summarize technical topics.
What Sets You Apart:
- Be an AI enthusiast.
- Programming basics – fundamental knowledge of Python and/or SQL.
- Knowledge of CVM regulations 160 and 175.
- Knowledge of statistics and econometrics.
- Experience in debt capital markets and/or credit analysis.
