As a Deals Accelerated Solutions IT Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients, optimizing technology infrastructure to enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on managing and optimizing IT costs while maximizing the value delivered by technology investments. Your work will involve analyzing IT spending, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and developing strategies to optimize IT resources and investments.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role, you will validate that technology solutions align with business priorities, are cost-effective, and deliver measurable value, enabling the organization to achieve its strategic objectives efficiently. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design and implementation of seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients
- Analyzing IT spending to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop strategies for optimizing IT resources
- Validating that technology solutions align with business priorities and deliver measurable value
- Managing and optimizing IT costs while maximizing the value delivered by technology investments
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within IT infrastructure
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Monitoring and evaluating business performance metrics to enhance decision-making and strategic planning
- Collaborating with stakeholders to confirm that technology solutions are cost-effective and aligned with strategic objectives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience in M&A, integration, and transformation

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
