An exciting opportunity for a Dealer Network Administrator to join our growing team in a fast-paced environment leading Australia & New Zealand automotive industry. You will be responsible to manage the administration of the GM ANZ Dealer Network, including the Isuzu Truck Dealer Network in New Zealand.
GM ANZ Dealer Network administration includes preparation of the Dealer Sale and Service Agreements and the Disclosure Document. In addition, this role is responsible for managing the Dealer Network systems and databases that drive the rest of the organization's commercial and legal interaction with the Dealer Network.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Process application documentation and allocate / load Dealer codes / Dealer data into the relevant GM databases & internal systems
- Distribute "Dealer Change Notices" and "Customer Master Request Forms" to all relevant internal and external recipients and confirm that Dealer data is correctly updated in SAP Systems.
- Issue Dealer Sales and Service Agreements ensuring obligations is under the Franchise Code are met and then manage all commercial changes to the Dealer Sales and Service Agreements & Holden Service Agreements according to the policies and procedures, on an ongoing basis. Includes GMSV, Holden Service Operations & GM New Zealand Isuzu Truck (both Sales & Service) agreements.
- Manage the SOM Dealer Database system which contains the core dealer information / franchise data on the Dealer Network and is the key interface with a few GM Systems to establish dealer access and control in these systems.
- Maintain daily and issue on a weekly basis Dealer Principal/ General Manager / Owner / Sales Manager email address files required for internal stakeholders.
- Manage the Dealer Profile Information end to end.
- Manage Monthly Rebill Process with Finance Stakeholders
- Manage Dealer Entity/Ownership changes, including updating all GM Dealer Systems
Qualifications/Experience and Skills:
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration desirable but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience handling legal and or finance functions particularly in a Franchise environment or a similar role.
- A good understanding of field operations structure and processes
- An understanding of Retail automotive dealership organisations and how they operate is desirable.
- Highly organized, excellent attention to detail / accuracy, follow through and commitment to deadlines
- High level of computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Be able to develop strong interpersonal relationships at all levels

- This role reports directly to Timothy Price, Director Planning, Network & Motorsport
- This role is Melbourne based only and must be onsite at our Head Office in Port Melbourne.
