Position Overview:

The Automotive Deal Coster plays a critical role in verifying, calculating, and processing all automotive sales deals. This position ensures compliance, accuracy, and timely completion of financial transactions, contributing to the overall success of our dealership operations.

Requirements

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review      and verify all automotive sales deals for accuracy and completeness
  • Calculate      and input deal costs, including taxes, fees, and other charges
  • Collaborate      with sales and finance teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance      with company policies and procedures
  • Identify      and resolve discrepancies in deal costs and paperwork
  • Maintain      accurate records of all deals and related financial transactions
  • Stay up      to date on industry regulations and best practices
  • Identify      and resolve rebate discrepancies on new vehicles

  

Qualifications:

  • High      school diploma 
  • Previous      experience in automotive dealership operations, accounting, or compliance is      a plus 
  • Proficiency      with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK)
  • Excellent      attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient      in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong      communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability      to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability      to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge      of relevant industry regulations and best practices a plus
