POSITION TITLE: SQL Developer

OVERALL PURPOSE:
The Analyst/SME will help lead in contingent workforce management, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role provides expert guidance, leads complex issue resolution, and partners with business and technical teams to optimize work delivery systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and oversee workforce management processes, ensuring optimal performance of work delivery systems.
• Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve complex technical and operational issues.
• Design and implement improvements to detection, alerting, and reporting systems.
• Own and enhance tools and processes for issue reporting and management, driving user adoption and effectiveness.
• Assign, prioritize, and track issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution by the right teams or individuals.
• Develop, document, and standardize best practices for issue management and process improvement.
• Coordinate and lead responses to high-impact incidents, ensuring clear communication and rapid resolution.
• Produce and present advanced reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Analyze data to drive strategic decisions, reduce recurring issues, and improve system stability.
• Act as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor for stakeholders on issue management and workforce solutions.
• Mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
