POSITION TITLE: Analytics Specialist
WORK SETUP: Return to Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage a team of AI engineers and data scientists to develop and deploy AI solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms using Python.
• Utilize AWS services to build scalable and efficient AI infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the team follows best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Analytics
• Must have experience in Python programming and AWS services
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and techniques
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Lambda or similar
