What does this role involve?
As an DC/DA Operations Manager, you will support your team to maintain performance and ensure data is provided to our external partners as required.
Day to day, you will;
- resolve any queries that arise from the data we provide;
- support your staff to achieve KPI’s and achieve targets within the team, ensuring all BAU tasks are completed;
- be your team’s point of escalation for any technical enquiries or complaints that may arise;
- communicate with third party providers, developing relationships and review processes;
- generate and communicate weekly reports to senior management teams throughout the business.
Who we are looking for?
You will have a strong knowledge of DC/DA processes, with the ability to proactively identify and implement improvements.
Previous management experience would be advantageous as you will be required to build effective relationships with the team.
Your methodical approach will allow you to follow processes to make logical decisions providing feedback on projects to enhance performance.
You will have an inquisitive and curious nature, along with a keen eye for detail, to understand and support your team.
