We are looking for a DataOps Engineer to manage the SolarEdge data platform and join our SaaS production group.
Responsibilities:
Your daily work will include maintaining our data streaming servers, Providing support and guidelines to the Dev Teams, and monitor their implementations, using a wide range of tools such as Ansible, Git, Grafana, Python, and more, focusing on improving Data platform performance, and working together with the dev teams to improve code performance and designing SolarEdge future data platform.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Working experience as a Devops\Dataops position managing at least one of the following: Kafka, nifi, Prometheus , elasticsearch
- Proficiency with Linux servers
- Strong with one of the following automation tools: python\bash\ansible
- Experience with DevOps tools (git, Jenkins, GitLab, ansible, terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Kubernetes)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Passion, Curiosity, dedication, and desire to be the best and continue learning new processes and technologies
Advantage:
- Managing ELK + writing Log pipelines (filebeat + logstash + elastic) - big advantage
- Building Kafka cluster from scratch
- Experience with AWS\Vmware
- Bachelor's Degree - advantage
- Performance tunings and performance issues debugging
