- Collect and maintain data from state licensing boards across multiple healthcare professions.
- Utilize IQVIA’s internal tracking system to manage file orders from initiation to receipt.
- Communicate with state boards via phone and email to obtain specifications and resolve data issues.
- Process accounts payable requests for orders and related expenses.
- Verify data files for completeness and accuracy; follow up to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct primary and secondary research on healthcare professionals and organizations to support client needs.
- Assist with investigation and research of existing and potential data sources.
- Perform data quality checks to ensure integrity of healthcare professional data.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, research, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required; Word and PowerPoint helpful).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Experience with SQL query writing.
- Background in healthcare credentialing or working with state licensing boards.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and provider credentialing processes.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $53,400.00 - $133,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
