Responsabilities
- In this versatile role, you will strengthen our international team and maintain/optimize our database applications and migrate current functions from T-SQL to Java;
- You will accompany the renovation of existing systems in close cooperation with our team and business partners;
- Maintenance of our German company database;
- Migrating parts of our database functions from T-SQL to Java;
- Performance monitoring and ensuring the availability of agreed database functionalities;
- Expansion of the database according to new requirements;
Requirements
- Completed university degree in computer science or comparable degree;
- Several years of professional experience in dealing with MS SQL Server/T-SQL;
- Good communication skills in English;
- Experience in the field of PostgreSQL and noSQL databases (MongoDB, ElasticSearch);
- Knowledge of Java development (Spring-Boot);
- Knowledge of MySQL;
- Knowledge of Github, Bamboo/Harness, Kubernetes;
