- Maintain documentation for data structures, data flows, and transformation logic to support transparency and maintainability.
- Collaborate with analysts and developers to ensure datasets are optimized for reporting, analytics, and Power Platform solutions.
- Support database performance tuning, security configurations, and access management in coordination with IT and security teams.
- Troubleshoot data issues, resolve discrepancies, and support investigations of data anomalies across systems.
- Participate in planning and execution of data-related components of larger projects, including migration, modernization, and integration efforts.
Typical Assignments:

- Creating ETL routines to regularly extract, transform, and load data from SAM, FSMS, and other systems into centralized repositories.
- Designing and updating relational data models to support new reporting or application needs.
- Implementing and monitoring data quality controls, including completeness checks, referential integrity checks, and reconciliation reports.
- Supporting data-related testing and validation for new dashboards, applications, and automations.
- Responding to data-related tickets and requests from analysts, developers, and business users.
- Assisting with the transition and sustainment of enterprise datasets as systems and processes are modernized.
