What You'll Get to Do:
As the Workday Payroll Analyst is responsible for the day to day execution of payroll deliverables. The Analyst will be responsible for working with end users and external resources to troubleshoot systems issues, educate users, and support ongoing configuration of the system (Workday).
More About the Role:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business operations by gathering requirements, assist with re-designing current processes, and with implementing new functionality in Workday.
- Assist with ongoing Workday Benefit and Payroll projects including: application testing, implementation, enhancements/upgrades, report writing, new functionality investigation and deployment.
- May back up payroll processing.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Workday, MS Office Suite, Excel, Power Point, along with other similar and/or software applications related to job functions.
- Experience with Workday Benefits
- Organized and focused to drive meaningful results, process improvements, manage complexity, and meet operational deadlines
- Strong ability to work as a team, strong collaboration and develop business relationships to drive outcomes
- Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
- High level of initiative and extreme attention to detail.
- Outcome driven mindset with complete focus on enabling the business
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
- Costpoint/Deltek experience a plus
- Hands on experience with Workday Benefits and Integrations
- Knowledge and understanding of Benefits, payroll, tax and/or related subject matter desired
- College degree is preferred
- 1-2 years Payroll experience preferred.
