The Trust & Safety Team is looking for a full-time Program Manager for the Trust & Safety technology programs

Your job will be to help meet our mission by showing passion for our platform, having strong collaborative communications skills, and showing a clear ability to be both reactive and proactive in your day-to-day duties. A Trust & Safety Program Manager is also expected to be proficient in our products, internal systems and tools, and dedicated to doing their part to help bring both a delightful and safe experience for Zoom users worldwide.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate sprints, technical projects, meetings, and daily stand-ups.

  • Collect and define feature requests for the T&S internal tools and systems.

  • Assist and participate in the planning of the T&S tech initiatives and roadmaps, including planning, conducting backlog grooming, gathering requirements, maintaining project documentation, and providing status reports. 

  • Track and report on project progress, including challenges.

  • Work closely with our T&S Technology Lead and technical teams.

  • Maintain clear, concise, positive, and empathetic communication for all projects in a timely and efficient manner including follow-ups and status check-ins with team members and/or stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Security, Legal).

  • Develop an understanding of the Trust & Safety internal tools, systems, and services.

  • Stay familiar with all of Zoom’s products, offerings, and integrations.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree/experience

  • Excellent communication (both oral, written, and interpersonal)

  • Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies

  • Experience working with technical teams, such as Engineering

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude towards team members and cross-functional peers.

  • You are comfortable wearing multiple hats

  • You employ discretion when working with sensitive topics or material

  • You work well independently and collaborate effectively with others

  • You keep an open and learner’s mindset

  • You are not afraid to roll your sleeves up and contribute to the team

  • You have excellent organizational and time-management skills, including multitasking, juggling multiple priorities
