About the Role:
Entera is looking for a Product Solution Analyst to join our growing Product team. The primary function of this role is to work with our Engineering and Product teams to assist with our technical product development, designing new features, developing data visualizations and providing data analysis to the company.

What You'll Do:
- Work with our Engineering and Product teams to assist with our technical product development, designing new features, developing data visualizations and providing data analysis to the company.
- Become an expert in our data services and work in all parts of our technical product - writing product and functional requirements, testing our applications and providing feedback to management and our technologists.
- Tackle complex assignments and manage priorities, playing a role as a key team member in our rapid growth company.
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience working in a data-intensive organization with large-scale datasets.
- 1+ year of experience with transforming business requirements into technical specification for data designs and solutions, as well as performing product testing and feature releases.
- 1+ year of experience in managing a project to completion (from start to finish) successfully.
- Preferred technical background with an ability to run data explorations (data visualization tools, SQL, Python skills).
- Preferred experience in Quality Assurance or working as part of a Quality Assurance team.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a proven ability to work well in a high-intensity environment to complete tasks quickly and effectively.
- AnalytIcal problem solver with the ability to understand and diagnose issues in a timely manner.
- Self-starter who can master new tasks and technologies quickly.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Team player with demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity.
- Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with internal and external professionals.
- Experience with real estate data is a plus.
