Survey Analyst, Senior

This is an opportunity to create efficiency in intelligence community workforce analysis. As a survey analyst, you'll work with your team to assess how improvements will impact business processes and design to help your team develop a strategic workforce management plan of talent-related needs and organizational functions. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices. You Have:

-6+ years of experience working in a professional or military environment

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to perform strategic or operational workforce planning, organizational development, organizational design, workforce demand analysis, workforce supply analysis, recruiting strategy development, competency modeling and assessment, leadership development, leadership coaching, or succession planning

-Ability to structure and conduct quantitative and qualitative data gathering or analyses activities, including interviews, focus groups, or surveys

-Ability to perform data analysis and leverage best practices to create reports that clearly convey the trends and implications to a specific audience

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with SPSS

-Experience with change management methodologies

-Experience with leading social and organizational research, surveys, data analysis, and strategic human capital management consultation in the intelligence community

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including analyzing problems, conducting research, synthesizing disparate data sources, and evaluating options for action

-Possession of excellent consulting and client relationship skills

-Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Design and Development, or Behavioral Sciences

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
