Specialist System Analyst
The Spec System Analyst job programs and configures software to meet business needs. Under limited supervision, this job identifies and analyzes business software needs, writes complex code to optimize the performance and efficiency of the organization's information technology (IT) platform and infrastructure and conducts testing to ensure programs are functioning properly. This job is considered a subject matter expert in the applications development and support area.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Interprets written business requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop advanced technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Collaborates with information technology (IT) and business partners to design, develop, and troubleshoot end-to-end technical solutions.
- Performs complex coding to written technical specifications.
- Tests the resulting coding components in accordance with company standards and as defined in approved testing plans.
- Investigates, analyzes and documents reported defects while raising issues as appropriate.
- Analyzes run time profiles to debug errors that may exist and performs maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.
- Solves complex defects that arise through own work or the work of others.
- Manages large application development and software processes, along with guiding and mentoring lower level professionals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Approves of system scope through existing knowledge and fact-finding that informs the development or modification of complex information systems. groups, aiming to improve business results.
- Oversees changes to existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
- Approves flow charts, models, and procedures and feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.
- Approves technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.
- Evaluates all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes.
- Creates procedures to solve complex problems that considers items such as computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
- Estimates the costs of system solutions and prepares project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources.
- Coaches and delegates work to lower level professionals.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in Automation Anywhere or hands-on Robotics Process Automation development. (Strongly preffered)
- Experience with installation and upgrades of Automation Anywhere or similar RPA products
- Experience owning and delivering RPA products and solutions
- Experience coaching and training in support of Automation Anywhere
- Proven record of driving change internally and with external service providers
- Substantiated experience raising the bar on staff delivery performance; able to inspire and motivate all levels of staff towards both tactical and strategic goals
- Technical skills, including experience with cloud architecture, distributed applications and micro-services.
- Committed to high ethical standards and integrity
- Written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- High-energy, positive, entrepreneurial in spirit
- Self-starter; takes initiative and can work independently
- Well-organized and disciplined with high attention to detail

Potential Salary: $142,100.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
