Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

ClickUp is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our Go To Market IT Systems team. As part of our IT team, you'll serve as a strategic thought partner for the Sales, Customer Success, and Pro Services Team, build the roadmap, and own projects from inception to completion.

Here's what you'll do:
- Drive the annual and long-term planning process in partnership with business stakeholders, build a roadmap, and deliver on your commitments
- Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Perform detailed business analysis, develop business requirements, identify and recommend innovative solutions supporting business capabilities
- Work with the engineering team to design and develop technology solutions that fulfill all business requirements and achieve desired business outcomes.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of new application capabilities. Analyze and mitigate issues identified during testing
- Own the sprint planning meeting and balance prioritizing strategic initiatives and tactical requests.

Here's what we're looking for:
- 6 to 8 years of experience as a business analyst supporting the Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services team
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
- Expert level experience configuring salesforce
- Experience implementing and supporting platforms like Outreach, Chorus, ZoomInfoÂ
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across many different operating teams
- Top-notch prioritization skills and experience driving technology roadmap
Salary Range: $91,000 - $160,000 (base pay) This position is eligible for the following benefits:
