Aristocrat Technologies is seeking a Sr. Manager, Workday Systems and Analytics for a full-time, remote role supporting the ongoing design, development, and incremental improvement of our Global Workday HRIS. The successful candidate will lead the techno-functional design of upgrades, enhancements and new implementations and partner with internal technology teams to develop and deliver Workday business processes, configurations, workflows, and reporting that drives HR process, remediates inefficiency, and accelerates our organizations' success as we design, develop, manufacture, and sell some of your very favorite digital games found in casinos throughout the world.
What You'll Do
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global, enterprise-wide assessment, refinement, design, and implementation Workday solutions and practices that support the transformation and trajectory of a large, growing, international business
  • Identify and leverage techno-functional solutions that align with and deliver on the systems, process, workflow, and analytics / reporting needs of a large, matrixed, global Human Resources organization
  • Collaborate with HR leadership across EMEA, APAC and Americas regions, HR subject matter experts and IT team to develop global systems and process roadmaps to support all regions
  • Drive adoption, communication, and change management of systems across the organization
  • Propel optimized and standardized use P&C tools while balancing the business' need for flexibility
  • Design, develop, implement, and incrementally improve reports, dashboards and calculated fields and execute bulk data uploads to facilitate the needs of the business
  • Drive measurable improvements through automation of business requirements and employee process friction points reducing process cycle times and improving customer, candidate and employee satisfaction
  • Lead/Coach/Mentor team members and play an active role to develop and execute strategies and initiatives to positively impact their career development, the effectiveness of the HR organization


What We're Looking For
Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of techno-functional Workday experience with specific subject matter expertise in at least 3 modules including HRM/OD, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll Solutions, Time, and Absence
  • 2+ years of project management experience leading matrixed team of HR and IT SMEs and executive leaders
  • Demonstrable success communicating, consulting, influencing, and building relationships at all levels in an organization with an emphasis on promoting a culture of positivity, teamwork, and results
  • Highly self-sufficient, skilled at leading in ambiguity, and making impactful, data-driven decisions in a high speed, performance focused organization
  • Possessing highly developed analytical skills with the ability to plan, implement, measure, and scale the best balance between candidate, customers, and the process


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Prior Integrations experience would be a plus
  • Prior experience in large gaming, content distribution, media and entertainment, or retail organizations is highly preferred
