Sr. Innovation & Strategy Analyst
Physicians Mutual' s Corporate Strategy Team plays an essential role in the development and execution of the Company's innovation, strategy, and corporate development agenda. This role conducts research and leads internal and external projects to analyze, understand, and proactively identify industry trends. Leverages strategic and financial frameworks to identify commercial opportunities for the Company and conducts diligence to research, develop, and validate business cases. Coordinates cross-functional teams to support strategy development, strategic planning efforts, and the formation of strategic initiatives. Develops market and competitive intelligence insights to support business unit and functional owners on the development of Companywide strategies. Leads workstreams within cross-functional project teams to identify strategic opportunities and evaluate the best path of pursuit, whether through organic means, an acquisition, or strategic partnerships. Supports the planning and execution of these strategies.
