Sr Director, Operations & Strategy - Data & Analytics Org

The Senior Director, Operations and Strategy – D&A org will support the VP of Data Engineering and her team and will be responsible for driving and supporting a range of key activities such as:
Serving as Chief of Staff to the VP and designing/managing leadership meetings, offsites and communications
Leading a multi-location, global team of professionals
Developing and operating a technical program management system and keeping key constituents updated on the status of key projects
Creating a messaging and storytelling framework for the D&A organization.
Developing and drafting high-profile presentations and talking points for both internal and external audiences.
Facilitating communication and information, sharing the vision, mission, objectives, and key initiatives, and monthly progress reporting to the D&A organization and externally
Researching and analyzing key Data, Analytics and AI market trends and tools to help the leaders make tools, system, and process decisions.
Defining and executing on the strategy and agendas for key leadership meetings.
Creating employee onboarding programs and other programs to promote employee empowerment.
Working on projects that promote a strong, fun culture.
Analyzing processes and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency by automating, minimizing and offloading low value activities
Managing the annual planning process
Demonstrating a high level of responsiveness to senior executives and key constituents in the business including the ability to operate in a fast paced, demanding environment

Qualifications:
10+ years of equivalent experience in business operations, ideally with a deep functional knowledge of data, analytics, and tooling
Experience in management consulting, investment banking/private equity/venture capital, corporate strategy, or equivalent experience in a technology/SaaS company.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and package content on rapid deadlines
Ability to manage a portfolio of large programs and a high volume of small to medium sized initiatives
Passionate and experienced in identifying business improvement opportunities and driving organizational change
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers of all levels
Experience working with offshore resources is highly desirable
Bachelor’s degree required. An MBA and/or post-graduate education is preferred
