As a Sr Digital Analyst , you will be responsible extracting knowledge and insights from digital customer attributes, behavioral and order transactional data collected from various digital properties including websites and mobile applications. Present the insights to product & marketing to help plan their future roadmaps and to optimize the existing product features and marketing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver sophisticated analysis to product and marketing teams to plan and optimize the digital product feature and marketing programs.
• Conduct advanced analytics studies to articulate the impact of digital performance on customer share of wallet across the channels.
• Deliver monthly digital performance insights to enable productive business review with C level executives.
• Partner with digital analytics tagging team to ensure the complete data collection required for downstream an analysis.
• Partner with the digital analytics reporting team to convert recurring analysis needs into self-serve reports for end users.
• Contribute in building digital analyst team and act as player coach to advance the analysis practice.
• Create the global digital analysis roadmap, deliver it through agile practices and align with digital product and marketing needs.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Telecommunication, IT or similar. Master's degree preferred but not required.
• 3+ yrs' hands on experience in digital analytics.
• 3+ yrs' Experience working with Google Analytics 360 or Adobe analytics and others.
• Superb communication and stake-holder management skills.
• Excellent eye for business and adaptability to partner with the Marketing and Product teams.
• Must be willing to travel on a limited basis.
