Job Summary:
Provide expertise and leadership at the enterprise level related to vast quantities of data (including disparate data), enterprise analytics, statistical modeling, and initiatives. Leads staff in descriptive, predictive, prescriptive and ensemble modeling, advanced statistical techniques, use of database tools and/or other approaches in quantitative analysis of complex business situations. Creates and executes solutions from initial concept to fully tested production, and communicates results to a broad range of audiences. Advanced use of current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis. Uses data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and high complexity predictive modeling and fact based management to drive decision making. Mentors less senior staff. Leads cross functional teams. Routinely work on multiple highly complex assignments. Provides consultation to Sr. Leadership on a normal basis.
Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Understand critical business logic, processes and systems used by Global Sales teams to organize their customer base and assign representation
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate with Global Sales teams and provide timely solutions to problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead multiple work streams with competing priorities to completion in a timely manner with limited supervision

Statistical Analysis & Evaluation

  • Develops experimental design approaches to validate finding(s) or test hypotheses.
  • Identifies/creates the appropriate algorithm to discover patterns.
  • Gathers relevant information, identifies relationships, deduces from cause to effect, and draws logical conclusions.
  • Finds patterns in the data and finding correlation in related or unrelated variables.
  • Works in iterative processes with the customer/business partner and validates findings.
  • Establishes scalable, efficient, processes for model development, model validation, model implementation and large-scale data analysis.
  • Develops innovative and effective approaches to solve analytical problems and communicates results and methodologies.
  • Develop metrics that can be used to drive business decisions.


Presentation/Strategic Recommendations

  • Story telling/presenting with data insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Helps the business understand the scientific principles behind their process in order to gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Provides updates and analytical presentations to stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Work with business users to assist and teach tools and techniques to the teams while partnering with the business users to solve their business problems.
  • Provides thought leadership and dependable execution on diverse projects.
  • Identifies emergent trends and opportunities for future business growth and development.


Minimum Qualifications:
Masters degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline required. five (5) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation and/or predictive analytics. superior analytical skills with diverse analytics and statistical software and applications. excellent interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skills. Proven leadership skill
Domicile: This position will be domiciled anywhere in the U.S.
Remote Work: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.

Additional InformationColorado Residents Only - Compensation: Monthly Salary $7545 - $12508.93
