SUMMARY
The Sr. Business Analyst defines, develops, and creates IT system solutions within Qorvo's New Product Introduction (NPI) activities. You will lead projects that target the reduction of product development cycle time and improved efficiency and effectiveness in a lean culture. This is not a traditional requirement gathering role, rather the successful candidate has experience solving complex problems and designing creative, integrated process solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
- US citizen or Greencard Holder
- Develop system solutions with process owners and translate into system designs and specifications
- Creative problem solving, critical thinking and relationship building are instrumental in this role
- As solutions are developed, leads the testing activities to ensure requirements are met
- Strong skills in project definition and alignment within the end-user stakeholder
- Experience with SQL and Python desired to enable quick solutioning
- Periodic travel to Qorvo operational sites and remote design offices may be required (approximately 10%)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's, Master's degree or equivalent
- 4-6 years of directly related work experience
- Excellent communicator with strong leadership, interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Experience with LEAN principles
