Remote position - Must reside in a state Mosaic operates

Mosaic serves more than 5,200 people in 13 states and 750 communities. Services are tailored to meet individual needs and goals, allowing people to be as independent as possible. Services are designed for people with disabilities, mental and behavioral health needs and autism, as well as aging adults.

The Solutions Analyst will act as the "Business Owner" of the IT applications, and will be responsible for maintaining deep knowledge and understanding of both our enterprise applications, and the potential use cases for them by our end users. The Solutions Analyst will be responsible for choosing how applications are configured and utilized to deliver maximum value to our customers, within the boundaries of designated security standards, while ensuring maintainability by IT staff.

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or information technology. Three to five years of experience in information technology, systems analysis and design, application support, or project management. Experience and aptitude with a large range of technologies and applications/business functions, with proven ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
