ASRC Federal Field Services is seeking a full-time SharePoint Data Manager in Warren, MI.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to provide Project Data Management (PDM) support in organizing, managing, maintaining, distributing, archiving and synchronizing various databases generated from ongoing projects. The Project Data Manager shall use data stored on LAN/WAN networks to track costs, create schedules, and report progress of projects through all phases of the Total Life Management Cycle from design inception to production and shipping.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various data sources such as (SharePoint and/or Windchill) to provide data management skills to manage and organize documents, technical data, and engineering data/drawings.
  • Provide project management leadership with current progress status of the projects.
  • Organize and maintain data bases allowing for easy access to archived data for purposes of generating various inputs for reports.
  • Establish project data bases for each incoming project. The project data base contains records on different project parameters.
  • Utilize the project data base to compare with estimated values for purposes of planning.
  • Organize and present data in various formats as required by leadership.
  • Conduct weekly data pulls and analyses for recurring leadership meetings.
  • Gathers analyzing documents and portal enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and respond quickly to short deadline actions in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and follow up skills are critical.
  • Coordination and facilitation skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface with a variety of personalities.
  • Ability to work with project management and technical leads.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Individual must meet government NAC and citizenship/permanent residency requirements to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Extensive background investigation will be performed as a requirement of the job.

Experience with the following is a plus:
  • Knowledge of Government (DoD, US Army, TACOM) policies and procedures/ nomenclature, work methods, manuals, and other established guidelines.
  • Knowledge in PTC Windchill software.

Education:
  • Associates Degree in related field.
