Senior Technical Business Analyst will be joining our Synergy R&D Team that is known for the development of the Synergy Product suite which and an enterprise content solution utilized by over 1400 organizations with both on on-prem and cloud deployments. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Kanban board to maintain steady flow of work from the breakdown of feature requirements into user stories by working with the development team members to flush out technical details and prioritize work. You will verify the user stories, work with the embedded QA team member to ensure clarity about the user stories, and ensure the technical writers have the content they require to build the product documentation. You will work collaboratively to design, develop, and ensure new features and enhancements are successfully implemented into the Synergy product. The successful candidate will be well versed in the Microsoft Technology stack and will understand the technologies being used across the multi-tiered architecture of the application from the Angular front-end, through the Rest API web service services to the multi-threaded distributed backend server layer.

This position will be filled to work at the following Jack Henry office locations: Monett, MO, Troy, MI, Springfield, MO, Allen, TX, or Remotely within the U.S.

The target salary range for this position is $73,300 - $100,000, based on location and experience.

What you'll be responsible for:
• Interact with product managers to understand new feature request, requirements and use cases. • Collaborate with technical teams to build user stories that are organized and prioritized regularly. • Partner with quality assurance to ensure user story condition of satisfaction are certified. • Serve as a resource to technical writers to confirm product documentation is completed. • Work with operations teams to ensure transfer of knowledge about the new features. • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

What would be nice for you to have:
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or Computer Science. • Experience in a Technical Business Analyst role. • Comfortable in Agile environment, including Scrum/Kanban using DevOps. • Experience with Angular and C# Rest API development for a Multi-tier application. • Experience with multi-tenant / SaaS architecture / Cloud architecture. • Experience with SQL. • Knowledge of the financial industry.If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
