The Enterprise Risk Management department at Jack Henry & Associates is seeking a Risk Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative team. You will work as part of a team of 7 individuals supporting and guiding business lines across the enterprise to identify and assess risk from top to bottom. You will work to document risks and controls, advise on best practices, and provide input as the business innovates. You will also be engaged in assessments of third-party risk management. While there are focused activities within the area of regulatory compliance, employee safety and business continuity/disaster recovery, there is also oversight of general corporate risk.

This position will be filled to work at the following Jack Henry office locations: Lenexa, KS, Monett, MO, Springfield, MO, Allen, TX, or Remotely within the U.S.

Expected salary range: $60,000 - $80,000.

What you'll be responsible for:
• Evaluate third-party providers in accordance with the principles of vendor management. • Perform risk assessments to quantify the risk exposure of company activities to management. May include functions such as electronic payments, business continuity plans and/or other banking program activities.• Identify potential risks in specific areas as assigned and mitigation strategies.• Follow up with business units to ensure identified issues are handled in a complete and timely manner.• Create and update management dashboard.• May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in risk management and regulatory compliance.• Experience utilizing Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools (e.g. Archer).• Must be able to travel up to 25% to attend a JHA meeting, training, and/or professional conferences.

What would be nice for you to have:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.• CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRCM or CRISC certification.• Financial Services industry experience. • Experience working with contracts.
