The Senior Onboarding and Transition Analyst is responsible for onboarding and transitioning new high net worth clients into Brinker Capital's Wealth Advisory program. The role entails working closely with advisors and internal business partners to provide white-glove service throughout the establishment of the new accounts.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to all Advisor and Client inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with Wealth Advisory Business Development Associate on new business cases
  • Coordinate paperwork with Business Development Associate, Investment Strategist, Operations and the advisors team
  • Handle Operations Support Cases for Wealth Advisory
  • Work closely with Client Service Representative and Wealth Advisory with ongoing service of accounts
  • Daily/ongoing relationship building with Advisors and maintain/support internal staff relationships with Client Service and Wealth Advisory
  • Provide timely and accurate account/requirement information.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks/priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain an atmosphere of appreciation of Advisor and Client issues.
  • Continually maintain an above and beyond service aptitude.
  • Consistently maintain professional call management etiquette.
  • Daily promotion of our Service Vision and Principles.
  • Ongoing collaboration with Client Services, Wealth Advisory, Investment Strategy Analysts, Internal Investment Consultants, and Operation teams on key issues and potential improvements.
