As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the Enterprise Business Systems team. You will be the liaison between Business and IT on enterprise system initiatives. We are looking for you to bring your expertise to analyze business requirements and bring extensive experience to this role in the areas of Data warehousing, Business Intelligence and other systems that are part of the Enterprise Business Systems ecosystem.

What you'll do:

· You will be working directly with business stakeholders doing the following: 

· Understanding business stakeholders' strategic vision and associated priorities 

· Managing relationships and expectations throughout the business related to day-to-day project delivery 

· Creating accurate business and functional requirements and presenting them clearly to the engineering team and stakeholders.

· Lead requirement gathering sessions, identifying current and target state, collaborating with business and developers/architects on solution design

· Gathering detailed requirements focused on delivering enterprise reporting solutions, improving data warehouse architecture 

· Create strategic roadmap of the initiatives across the organization and prioritize work for implementation

· Closely aligned with the Enterprise data warehouse and play and pivotal role in the integration of centralizing various data sources 

· Data discovery and profiling to understand source systems and data movement throughout various systems 

· Evaluate business needs, recommend solutions, and target systems that best support business and align with the overall vision

· Being a liaison among stakeholders to analyze, prioritize, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes.

· Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met 

You will have: 

· Minimum 7 years of Business Analysis experience and located in either EST or CST zones

· Have a Bachelor's Computer Science degree or related field

· At least 5 years of experience working in various domains with demonstrated data, analytics, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills. 

· Experience working with Marketing, FP&A, Sales stakeholders on customer-centric solutions 

· At least 3 years' experience with Data warehouses like Snowflake or Enterprise SQL Server databases

· An understanding of data governance and security best practices

· Experience working as a project manager on projects managing deadlines and making timelines visible to stakeholders

· Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus

· Experience in implementation of best-in-class systems is a plus

· Demonstrated ability to understand business concepts and follow that through into a technical understanding 

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously 

· Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.

· Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization as well as with business and technical peers
