We are seeking a Scientist to contribute to our experimental portfolio and capabilities. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team of scientists and technicians to functionally characterize and experimentally validate novel therapeutic pathways in human cancer.

• Develop and leverage multiple orthogonal methods (therapeutic profiling, spatial proteomics and transcriptomics, single cell RNAseq) to understand the role of differential responses within the tumor and microenvironment.

• Work with cutting-edge computational biologists, data scientists, and machine learning scientists to facilitate the application of AI including deep learning algorithms

Qualifications:

• PhD with 5+ years of experience or Master’s with 10+ years of experience including two or more first author peer reviewed publications 

• Experience in cancer biology in patient derived models such as organoids, PDX, primary cultures, or primary samples

• Demonstrated expertise in cell culture, flow cytometry, molecular biology, and biochemistry

• Experience in cross functional team environments

• Fundamental understanding of cancer pathophysiology

Preferred Candidates will Possess:

• Experience developing protocols, assays, and evaluating new technologies for analyzing cells from human tissue for profiling and sequencing

• Expertise in Molecular Cloning and heterologous expression in mammalian cells

• Rigorous attention to detail and ability to coordinate complex experimental procedures and workflows within a multidisciplinary team

• Supervisory experience in either an industry or academic setting
