Your Role and Responsibilities :We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our excellent team. Our Business Analyst works under the direction of the Project Manager to evaluate the business needs of our valued clients and create solutions to fuel their success. Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Liaison and manage requirements from client needs and business requirements and objectives, through technology and functional requirements, to solution implementation
- Provides collaboration, communication, analysis, support, and documentation where needed, in order to ensure the solution implemented meets both the project objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Has the ability to facilitate and execute BA tasks and activities in agile project environments

You will work with a team of Salesforce consultants devoted to innovative design, technology and partnership to transform businesses and get our clients to the future first. With our award-winning services, we help organizations come up with simple solutions to their customer experience problems through customization across the entire Salesforce platform.
Successful candidates for these positions will work on-site at the IBM Client Innovation Center in Baton Rouge. The IBM Client Innovation Center is an in-bound delivery model where we support our clients from our Baton Rouge center. However, some travel is expected, and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to meet our client needs across the US. Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and training at the client site (Monday thru Friday). You are expected to travel up to 50% of the time. This is a traditional office position. You must live in, or be willing to relocate to, Louisiana. The work locations available are in Baton Rouge, Louisiana or Monroe, Louisiana. This is not a work from home position.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- 2+ years in Business Analyst role
- 2+ years exp gathering, documenting, and communicating user requirements
- Previous experience with analysis, design, implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, SFA, or ERP
- Previous experience working with Salesforce
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile development practices

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :2 + years of Salesforce exp
