Rapid Detection Senior Analyst

As a Barclays Rapid Detection (RDT) Senior Analyst, you will work closely with the RDT Research Analyst. You will be responsible for working reports and mitigating risk, and a vast portion of your time will be spent managing both inbound and outbound calls. This is an excellent opportunity in which you will gain exposure to all segments of fraud, including Fraud Application, ATO, and Transactional.

What will you be doing?• You will be making outbound and receiving inbound calls• Mitigating risk by utilizing reports and making contact with customers• Communicating with the Strategy Team and Research Analyst regularly• Managing the Control Objective of operations• Understanding the appropriate policies and standards and ensuring you are familiar with Barclays Code of Conduct

What we're looking for:• 1+ year of experience in a relevant Fraud role• High School Diploma

Skills that will help you in the role:• Microsoft Office skills with a basic knowledge of Excel and Power Point• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team• Degree educated
