General Summary:

Responsible for:
Memberships and Payments
- Create and track workflows using internal procurement system.
- Record and track invoices and payments. Follow up with accounts payable as needed Editorial Tasks
- Maintain and update presentation templates as needed
- Update policy and other documents as needed Meeting Tracking
- Create and update records in internal log of meetings and attendance Travel Booking and Expense Reports
- Create travel plans, book flights, hotels, visa for travelers
- Prepare timely expense reports Planning Spreadsheets
- Create and update various spreadsheets to track project metrics Monthly reports and homepage update
- Generate monthly reports for review Support other assistants and take on other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Project analysis and/or Administration including:
• Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proactive, self-motivated, strong organizational skills
• Strong team player
• Experience with Qualcomm EzER, MarkView, iProq is a plus
• Experience with using SharePoint and Salesforce is a plus

Education Requirements

• Preferred - Bachelor's, Business Administration or equivalent experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Frequently transports between offices, buildings and campuses up to ½ mile.
• Frequently transports and install equipment up to 5 lbs.
• Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g. standing or sitting).
• Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.
• Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers and vendors both in person and remotely.

Minimum Qualifications:
Job function of Project Analyst (PA) is assist with various activities including administrative tasks, internal process handling and workflow tracking.
