Department OverviewThe Global Procurement Organization provides the resources, processes, governance, systems and controls for acquiring goods and services efficiently, effectively and ethically from a diverse supply base that provides Motorola Solutions a competitive advantage on cost, quality, technology, service and delivery.
The Product Procurement Organization is responsible for the acquisition of all Hardware, Software and Supply Chain Services required for Motorola to design, build and distribute Radio and Accessory products.
The Global Procurement team is evolving from more traditional sourcing and procurement goals by looking beyond simple cost savings and creating value for the corporation by improving product profitability, increasing supplier collaboration and leveraging supplier roadmaps to bring new solutions to our business partners.

Job Description
In this role you will:
Work with Global Category Managers to achieve supply commitments for Motorola Solutions.
Manage information, analytics, and artifacts for complex, strategic sourcing projects.
Maintains clear and concise procurement documentation
Actively communicate with stakeholders with exceptional follow-through on commitments
Ensures compliance to Procurement Policy, best practices and regulatory compliance requirements
Contribure to decisions regarding forecasting, sourcing, compliance, quality, and contracting.
Monitor current commodity market conditions to identify potential supply challenges and develop a supply continuity plan.
Regularly interface with internal and external work partners, both in North America and Asia.
Advanced Excel skills: Pivot, Macros, Data Analysis
Strong relationship building skills
Proven managerial and negotiation skills.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance or related fields
Industry experience in electronics manufacturing or similar, particularly in the semiconductor space.
