What you will be doing
As the Automate Next Technology Analyst you will lead/manage communications, planning, and tracking for activities related to the Tech Solutioning team. You will work closely with the tech solutioning team on executing deliverables, prioritizing workloads, change requests, documentation and coordinating multiple elements of projects to make sure they're done effectively and efficiently.
What you bring:

  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in an agile/fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation/PPT preparation skills - status reports, executive summaries and related updates
  • Self-starter with strong administrative skills
  • Experience in dealing with vendor partners
  • Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university in a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years experience in project management in financial services or a related industry


Added bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
