Description
Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. This position requires an employee to be onsite 1-4 x per year.
CCA's Global Aftersales Engineering organization has responsibility for the service results and readiness of every GM vehicle globally. These include: service part release, service information, labor time guide, service part catalogue, diagnostic software, service programming, pre-delivery inspection forms, customer service information and special tools. Responsible for efficiently and effectively facilitating the execution of Aftersales Engineering work within their specific function.
The Global Catalog Data team is responsible for crafting, managing, and delivering world class part content to various online digital solutions. As a Part Content Information Analyst for the Global Catalog Data Team you will take a lead role in handling various data initiatives. Hands on data management will be required. This role will be responsible for leading the development of data for both ACDelco & GM OE parts in support of Aftermarket. Some initiatives may include: Data Analytics, PIM Management, Budget Management, Process Mapping & Improvements, Retailer Liaison, etc.

What You Will Do:
- Work closely with National Accounts, Retailers, and Data Receivers to address data issues, data gaps, new part set up concerns, etc.
- Be a subject matter authority of the Product Information Management (PIM) system. This will include overall maintenance of the PIM system, imports, exports, job schedules, liaison to IT, testing, and on-call support.
- Support implementation and training for standardized work development
- Work with aftermarket suppliers to deliver catalog information to a determined schedule
- Supervise and maintain supplier data requirements
- Act as point of escalation for supplier issues
- Capture and set-up part information using the channel advisor tool
- Work cross-functionally with various teams
- Present project updates to various levels of leadership
- Become an authority on (PIES) Auto Care Aftermarket Standard
- Troubleshoot data gaps and work to resolve quickly
- Work collaboratively as one team
- Work on special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent aftermarket experience required
- Experience using Auto Care Association PIES and ACES Data Standards (including VCdb, PCdb, and PAdb)
- Experience with PIES XML data, ACES XML data, and Part Images
- Experience with IMS/Mainframe, Channel Advisor, Product Information Management Tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel
- Data Analytics - investigate, reporting, storytelling, solutions, and analysis
- Experience with Customer Care & Aftersales Cataloging preferred
