What we need
We are looking for an Onboarding Analyst to provide best-in-class support to our external clients and internal business partners.

  • Manage inbound onboarding sales leads to create opportunities for assigned Commercial Sales Rep
  • Research, analyze and summarize existing supplier (prospective) trading volume activity to support Commercial Sales Team pricing proposals for new trading partner connections
  • Utilize established pricing catalogs and processes to provide contractual terms and conditions to new or existing customers
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the iTrade platform to support and recommend additional solutions to solve our customer's problems
  • Digitally process contracts and successfully guide customers through the onboarding requirements to commence trading activities on the iTrade platform
  • Upsell/cross-sell integration and additional functionality provided by iTrade platform to existing customers
  • Understand and communicate advantages of EDI integration between trading partners
  • Communicate buyer/distributor workflow to prospective customers


What you bring

  • Strong desire to thrive in a dynamic environment that incorporates account management, sales and customer success facing roles
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to develop and refine negotiation skills and ability to understand and communicate contractual terms
  • Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Creative problem solver who can follow processes, but also can identify ways to constantly improve
  • Ability to work within a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Strong desire to manage multiple assignments or projects on an aggressive timeline including tracking and reporting status regularly
  • Must have unrestricted ability to work in the United States
