About the role:
As a Network Analyst, you'll work with large, complex network systems and help maintain the infrastructure that's critical to the world of global fintech. This will involve upgrading systems and software and deploying network devices such as routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls. You are the end-to-end owner of network infrastructure. You design and manage network security frameworks to support all hosted environments. You own information security and network reliability and they are at the core of your thought processes.
What you will be doing:
• Resolving all network problems and quickly responding to customer requests. • Troubleshooting network problems and recommending corrective procedures. • Maintaining network services documentation and completing network change requests.
What you will need:
• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience performing hands on network services infrastructure engineering, diagnosing and correcting network problems and network equipment installation and configuration.
• Experience with SD WAN, automation, and Meraki
Added bonus if you have:
• ServiceNow experience
• CCNA, CCNP
