MARTECH OPERATIONS & PLANNING ANALYST
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Technology Strategy Analyst will assist the SVP, MarTech and Salesforce Platform Manager to define its technology vision, create strategic documents, collaborate across the organization for technology investment panning, develop a colleague and executive communications plan and any other tasks to define MarTech and Salesforce technology practice.Be passionate for serving clients and a desire to build up our team's ability to execute on the company's strategic visions by spotting and seizing opportunities to improve our client and colleague experience. Results-oriented, self-directed, inquisitive, and entrepreneurial-minded-you're all of these. And you have an eagle eye for detail, even as you juggle priorities, deadlines, and budgets. You maintain knowledge of evolving trends in technology strategy and management and apply those to develop innovative approaches to improve our existing technology stack. You have a flair for breaking down technology issues into logical parts and constructing crystal-clear reasoning and analyses-an aptitude you use to crush problems. You've got top-notch communication and people skills, and you use them to help you get things done. You have the ability to work with the Head of MarTech and Salesforce on defining a vision for our platforms but can also be deep in the details on financials.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Go deep to get the lay of the land of the MarTech and Salesforce trends.
- Use researching tools such as Forrester to keep up with MarTech and digital marketing trends.
- Help build strategic documents.
- Help with budgeting planning.
- Help create roadmaps and score cards.
- Help with planning technology strategy solutions to meet the needs of clients and colleagues in the MarTech and Salesforce space and draw up practical implementation road maps that position's our team for long-term success.
- Apply strong analytical skills to dig deep into research and data sets to identify the greatest strategic impact to drive business outcomes with our technology implementation.
- Use data models and visualization to bring your analysis to life.
- Keep deepening your prowess in business and technology strategy to reinforce our team's reputation.
- Evangelize, train, and embed the understanding of Tech Stack solutions into CNB.
- Work on a colleague communications plan to keep the organization updated on the groups progress towards our goals.
- Develop senior executive updates
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must-Have*
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in consulting
- Minimum 2 year of experience in any the following areas: Technology ROI/Cost Take Out or Intelligent operating model and innovation
Skills and Knowledge
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree
- Top-notch communication (written and oral) skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
