Manager II, Business Analysis and Insights, eComm -Returns Execution/Marketplace

About the Omni Returns and Circular Commerce Team:
We help the customer save money and live a better life by providing our customers with easy and innovative solutions to return, refund or replace an item. We also enable re-commerce solutions to drive GMV, increase vendor recovery, reduce cost, and improve sustainability. You'll make an impact by:

• Strengthening strategic accounts - Support the Omni Returns Execution team, focused on optimal processing of returns inventory and supporting the implementation of strategic returns initiatives for our expanding Marketplace assortment.
• Leveraging tools & channels - Partner with internal team members to monitor performance and improve seller/customer returns experience.
• Building strategic relationships: Build cross-functional partnerships and support the team's financial goals. Implement KPI dashboards and manage KB articles that outline returns processes.
• Operating with excellence - Set an example in managing workload effectively and efficiently, delivering excellence, while challenging and developing yourself.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.

Preferred Qualification:

• 6+ years related experience in Returns and Reverse Logistics , Business Operations, Project Management or related field
• MBA preferred
• 3+ years demonstrated experience managing a team
• 3+ years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environment
• Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer
• Strategic mindset with ability to tackle complex and ambiguous problems
• Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions, and thirst for continuous improvement Experience developing or executing against technical product roadmaps
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
• Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
