Epsilon Data Sciences team in the Strategy and Insights group is looking for someone with a strong analytical mind and extensive experience to be Manager of Analytics.
As Manager of Analytics, you will work closely with a broad and diverse group of strategy, client services and technology staff. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand the client's business situation and solve complex issues for clients by applying the right resources and solutions to the client situations, while keeping projects on track and on budget.
Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage multiple analytic projects
  • Able to drive value for clients utilizing data-driven insights
  • Able to lead consulting engagements and manage all key internal stakeholders
  • Able to manage, apply and recommend most of the analytic solutions
  • Recommend the right analytical solutions to solve client business problems
  • Direct, coach and develop other team members
  • Provide clear and concise written direction to supporting teams


Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of data sciences/advanced analytical experience, such as manipulate large data, interpret, design and explain various statistical methods (CHAID, regression, cluster, factor analysis, Machine Learning algorithms, etc.)
  • Confident answering questions about data and synthesizing information into actionable marketing insights
  • Form understanding of analytical and modeling processes (design, sampling, transformation, validations, implementation/activation)
  • Knowledge/experience of Web or Media Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics/SiteCatalyst, DoubleClick/DCM etc.) is highly preferred
  • Proficient with toolsets Python, R and SAS
  • Experience in reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI
  • Find creative solutions to increasingly complex problems when standard programs are inadequate
