As a member of the IT Management Team, you are responsible for managing, developing and leading a team of employees. Your role includes leading the specific functional responsibilities of your team, which involves overseeing team performance and deliverables. The Information Management (IM) Data Analytics Manager is responsible for leading the team responsible for building, deploying and delivering data based actionable insights to the business. The teams are supported by Scrum Master and Product Owner. Given the increasing interest from business users and leaders in data analytics, the role will require good understanding of business needs and prioritizing while helping the team deliver efficiently using the ever evolving technology platforms. This particular role will be focused on the reporting and analytics related to Finance and Sustainability systems at Costco. To be successful in this role you will have a hands on experience in software development for BI reporting.

REQUIRED

• Experience in managing teams with cloud platforms, reporting tools, and end to end development and delivery roles and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of and experience in delivering systems related to Finance and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of interfacing with business users in understanding reporting, analytical needs, and supporting Product owners.
• Experience in managing teams learning and following Agile practices and scrum management.
• Knowledge and experience with SOX compliance.
• HIPAA Training and Supervisors Orientation (within 30 days of hire); Leadership Development 101 (within one year); Costco Pay Policies (within 90 days of promotion).
