Knowledge Management Analyst
The Challenge:

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on Air Force and other DoD and government customers. As a knowledge management (KM) analyst on our team, you'll work to understand the impediments to communication and collaboration at client organizations and shape solutions that lead to improved organizational effectiveness. Your contributions will support the design, development, and roll-out of KM processes, products, and tools your client organization will leverage to work smarter as a more cohesive unit. You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with knowledge management projects
• Experience with working in a professional environment
• Experience with solving complex knowledge and change management challenges
• Ability to synthesize information into concise and high-quality work products
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with content management or data science preferred
• Experience with working in a client facing, consulting field
• Experience working with IT development teams to identify business and technical requirements using Agile methodology
• Experience with strategic planning and developing and synchronizing complex plans and tasks
• Knowledge of organizational change management
• Possession of excellent Team-oriented skills
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Secret clearance
