The IT Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for leading the effort to understand business needs and identify how best to meet those needs. This includes working with the business and the technology areas to gather requirements for development and management. The role leads the effort to analyze, validate and document the business and system requirements. They are a key facilitator within the IT organization, acting as a bridge between the business and the IT groups, and is accountable for a technology solution that supports the business request. This role partners with many teams during the initial stages of the project/solution to ensure the accuracy of business cases and that solutions meet the business need.

Requirements for the IT Business Solutions Analyst Job - Remote:

• Advanced computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Provide documentation and training
• Ability to manage small projects and timelines
• Experience working with manufacturing operations
• Knowledge of agile methods
• Experience and proficiency leading projects or teams
• Experience with ERP systems
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Able to travel 10%

Finance, Operations or Commercial Sales /Pricing

Preferred Experience for the Finance IT Business Solutions Analyst Job - Remote:

• ERP: NetSuite, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Macola
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting
• Experienced architect on ERP Financial services responsible for analyzing and translating market insights, business information, and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint for modernization of ERP Financial services

Required Experience for Operations IT Business Solutions Analyst Job - Remote:

Required Experience for Commercial IT Business Solutions Analyst Job - Remote:

• Order to Cash: Pricing, eCommerce, EDI
• Advanced computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage small projects and timelines
• Experience working with manufacturing operations and distribution
• Knowledge of agile methods
• Experience and proficiency leading projects or teams
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Able to travel 10%
• Oracle NetSuite
