IRT Solutions Analyst
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Business Development, the IRT Solutions Analyst works with the external sales team, marketing staff, and other stakeholders to support sales opportunities, leveraging functional knowledge of endpoint’s solutions to align with prospective clients and industry needs.
*This role will be fully remote in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of endpoint’s technical solutions, as well as understanding the benefits and function of external partnerships/interfaces.
- Help develop and review proposals, ensuring endpoint is offering the correct solution for the proposed opportunity
- Support the external sales team by building and performing demonstrations for prospective/current clients. Understanding the overall needs of the sponsor as well as the individual clinical trial
- Act as a consultative role for internal team and prospects during the sales cycle, providing expert oversight into the function and alignment to the endpoint solution
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, supporting the onboarding to endpoint
- Act as a product champion for internal staff. When required, support Account/Audit teams in specific meetings where a system demo may be required
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of endpoints IRT solution by working closely with Product Development and Partnership teams
- Seek demonstration opportunities with potential customers by prospecting EU territory; measured monthly
- Maintain accurate records and log all activities in our Salesforce automation system throughout the implementation
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of presentations to clients about the endpoint platform and partner integrations
- Participate in various trade shows and conferences
- Able to travel to prospect/client offices to support sales opportunities (if applicable)
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 2-4 years IRT or pharmaceutical services related experience
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a sales team environment
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
