Under general direction, the Information Systems Security Analyst supports continuous improvement of Zimmer Biomet's Secure Total Product Life Cycles (Secure-TPLCs), Secure Software/System Development Life Cycles (Secure-SDLCs), and DevSecOps for our digital health technologies and corporate applications.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to maintain ISO27001 certification and associated documentation and compliance.
- Partner with sales teams, customer healthcare delivery organizations (HDOs), and digital health technology teams to efficiently and effectively respond to customer HDO requests & questionnaires.
- Partner with digital health technology teams and corporate application teams on continuous improvement of DevSecOps, Risk Management, Threat Modeling, AST, SCA, TPRM, ITDR.
- Coordinate, support, and enable building more mature security practices into our Secure-TPLCs/SDLCs.
- Coordinate, support, and triage incident response activities with digital health teams and corporate application teams as necessary.
Expected Areas of Competence
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity industry standards and controls, Application Security, IT in general, and Secure-SDLC, with a focus on building more security leading-practices into Secure-TPLC/SDLC processes.
- Good project management and work planning skills; must be able to multitask efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate and build positive relationships across multiple stakeholders; in particular internal product development teams, corporate application teams, sales teams, and external customers.
Education/Experience Requirements
- BS/BA in related discipline with 2+ years related professional experience, OR BS/BA and MS/MA/MBA with 1+ years related professional experience required
- Security certification desired (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, SSCP, CRISC, CCSP)
