Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain systems that Systems Access are responsible for.
  • Manage access to all designated systems and applications supported by StoneX throughout the user lifecycle (including non-integrated SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS accounts)
  • Control, monitor, and audit privileged access to systems and applications.
  • Assist with the design, creation, and implementation of security roles, profiles, and attributes.
  • Provide continuous improvement and reassessment of the Systems Access systems and program.
  • Perform access reviews, compliance audits and investigations in partnership with internal and external audit and compliance teams.
  • Develop and document policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines related to Systems Access.
  • Participate in other information security projects and operational duties.
  • Act as a secondary escalation point for on call.
  • Plan, design, and drive implementation of automation for all employees and non-employees in the areas of provisioning/deprovisioning user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, user access provisioning/deprovisioning, and quarterly access reviews
  • Design strategies for alerting, monitoring and maintenance automation for StoneX and its various Active Directory Domains.
  • Assist with planning and implementing access controls and strategies for access management within StoneX systems and applications.
  • Provide direct assistance for developing scripts and solutions for items around general Systems Access processes brought up by Analysts.
  • Liaise with end users, engineers, developers, and other teams on complex issues that are unable to be resolved by Analysts.
  • Provide and develop technical guidance and training for Analysts on the Systems Access team, not limited to but including documentation and training for new systems.
  • Help design and manage the implementation of a Governance solution.
  • Assist with the execution of cross functional efforts from a resourcing perspective when related to project work.
  • Represent the security team by acting as a liaison with app owners, vendors, and management for aspects of Systems Access including: onboarding new systems for Systems Access to manage, improving onboarding/offboarding processes, integrating with ITSM solutions, and implementing new regulatory/business/compliance requests for existing systems

Qualifications Required

  • 4 years hands-on information technology experience, with at least 2 years in the identity space.
  • Administrative experience with commercial Systems Access tools, such as Azure AD, CyberArk or Okta.
  • Knowledge in enterprise directory services and authentication/authorization integrations
  • Experience in two or more of the following technologies: Azure AD, O365, SSO, multi-factor authentication or Privileged Access Management.
  • Ability to communicate technical information in understandable business terms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and verbal / written communication skills
  • Strong customer service abilities required.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of staff both internal and external.
  • Strong desire to innovate and advance Systems Access at StoneX.

Preferred

  • Experience with PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with information security policies, standards, industry best practices, and frameworks. (CIS, SOX, PCI-DSS, NIST, etc.)
  • Excellent understanding and aptitude with ticketing, information management and collaboration systems.
  • Working knowledge of privileged user management tools.
  • General information security certification(s) (e.g., CISSP, GSEC, CISA, CISM etc.) preferred.
  • Experience with Systems Access within Microsoft Azure preferred.


Physical requirements/Working conditions:

  • Climate controlled office environment
  • Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials
  • May have responsibilities after normal business hours and/or weekends
  • Travel as needed
