Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of three's years' experience in human resources required. Experience in a client facing or customer service environment. Knowledge of PeopleSoft and/or ServiceNow required.
• Additional Skills/Requirements required: Excellent relationship management skills. Responsive, service-oriented, and operates with a focus on continuous improvement. Thorough knowledge of benefits, talent acquisition, and position management. Complex critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and good decision-making ability. Able to work effectively on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to recognize, handle, and protect sensitive/confidential information. Ability to relate to a diverse group. Microsoft Office and HR Technology experience required as well.
