HR Data Analytics Specialist

Summary
Provide func ti onal exper ti se and specialized process administra ti on to address HR data/analytics requests and escalated complex inquiries .
Key Responsibilities
• Perform specialized system and process administration, including HR operational reporting and analytics, bulk data change requests, data quality audits and system end-user education/support.• Work closely with COEs, Business HR Representatives and Internal System Support partners to deliver business requests/meet business objectives.• Identify opportunities to improve HR Solutions systems and processes, including system enhancements, processes, reporting and analytics tools to enable business outcomes • Works across HR Solutions to ensure measurement and delivery of SLAs• Ensure smoother and "easy to experience" customer service delivery across functions, processes and tools.
Typical Education
Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university or equivalent relevant work experience.
Other Information
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI and SAP/SuccessFactors reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Workforce Analytics advantageous
