Growth Manager, Promotions - Location Flexible
Role Description
We’re looking for a Growth Manager to develop and manage targeted promotions via in-product messages to increase paid conversion rate of our freemium user base. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining price sensitive user segments, developing and executing promo strategies globally across web, mobile and desktop platforms.
This role will require close cross-functional partnerships across Growth, Data Science, Product, Marketing, Engineering and other internal teams. You’ll join our team of motivated and experienced Growth Managers, who work on building a best-in-class operation to educate, engage and upgrade our users across all product surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Drive promotional campaign & segmentation strategies across Core products (Plus, Pro, Teams) and more
- Understand user pain points and analyze data to develop roadmaps, experimentations, and campaigns
- Develop and implement targeted promos in collaboration with Machine Learning GTM and Platform teams
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics and results
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Design and Pricing teams to improve & execute promotion functionalities and promotion types
- Develop holistic upsell strategies with Growth Managers in the direct team and help execute experiments
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Growth, eComm, Product, Data Science, Economics, Marketing or related fields, preferably with focus on user monetization/promotions
- Extensive experience in leading revenue-driving projects and A/B testings
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Consistent track record of achieving high quality business, team and personal goals in a fast-paced, challenging and exciting environment
- Excellent communication skills, outstanding collaboration skills and a strong desire to learn
